Performs portfolio management support functions on a Wealth Advisory team. Is responsible for coordinating the account administration for investment management clients. Coordinates compliance documentation and record keeping. Produces portfolio reports, responds to client inquiries, and oversees transaction processing. Assists portfolio managers in preparing client presentations, coordinating partner collaboration on servicing team, and supporting business development goals. 
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Coordinates the account administration for investment management clients.
Responds to service requests from clients and partners, oversees transaction processing, handles inquiry resolution, obtains the required client and account documentation, and ensures systems information is current.
Oversees development of appropriate action plans for client activities and ensures execution and timely follow-up.
Coordinates with servicing team on execution of client activity, communicating with client and vendors as appropriate.
Ensures accurate set up and review of fees.
Documents services provided, specialized procedures, and ongoing written communications with the client as appropriate in managing daily activity.
Develops clear understanding of clients' needs behind service requests and communicates to service partners. Obtains appropriate information from partners and client to facilitate service changes or transactions.
Assists portfolio managers in relationship management, making client presentations, developing additional business and coordinating servicing team.
Identifies service efficiency enhancements, process improvements, and service delivery using creative and proactive measures.
Researches client records, contracts, agreements, etc. to respond to inquiries. Informs client of steps taken to resolve problems.
Assists portfolio managers or team managing director in performing special projects as needed. 
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
2 - 5 years experience in financial services/accounting fields, with client servicing background
Affinity with financial-market developments and portfolio-management career track, as evidenced by finance and/or business related academic coursework
Strong analytical, problem solving, quantitative and time-management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications
High level of detail orientation in order to identify and resolve account issues effectively
Fluency with computer systems. Knowledge of trust operations and accounting/investment systems, usually acquired through related experience, is preferred to administer master trust and custody accounts.
Willingness to pursue relevant advanced degree studies, in particular, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
