The Assistant Account Manager will support the broker by managing internal clients, assisting with strategic insights and business development. The Assistant Account Manager understands strategic objectives, exhibits deep business line knowledge and displays marketing expertise to guide clients to the most appropriate and innovative marketing and digital solutions. The Assistant Account Manager must work collaboratively with their broker and other internal support areas to ensure the best end results for clients. The Assistant Account Manager must be a strategic thinker and possess the ability to bring new ideas to clients, exceed project objectives, and keep to company objectives and vision.

Smart, quick, highly motivated people are the backbone of this agency. The Assistant Account Manager is a fast paced and dynamic role. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Serves as the liaison between the client and Agency 
- Collaborates with creative team to ensure creative is aligned with strategy and brand
- Attend sales, strategy, status project kickoff and other client meetings.
- Help clients understand the importance of brand and marketing objectives.
- Proficiently writing internal/external meeting reports, POVs, emails, etc. 
- Respond promptly to all Client and internal requests
- Support broker as needed
- Learn the client's business better than they know it themselves

1+ years Agency account management experience.
The organization, communication and follow up skills are extremely important.

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
